With its magnificent view from several terraces looking out over the sea only 25 metres away, and surrounded by 4000m 2 of land the Villa Nautica offers all that could be desired by those seeking relaxation and peace.To make your visit as pleasant as possible three bedrooms each with a double bed, a sitting room with an LCD SAT 50" TV, a kitchen, dining room and three showers / WCs await your arrival.The furnishings are modern and practical, and the villa is equipped with the latest facilities: Air conditioning, satellite television and Internet (WiFi – WLAN). There is a separate apartment for four people on the second floor. Access to this apartment is either via the house itself or directly from the garden. This flat or apartment is an integral part of the villa and contains a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen, a living room which, when required, offers sleeping for two, a dining room and a shower bath (Jacuzzi) / WC . The villa boasts a roofed terrace with an open-air kitchen, grill, table and chairs for 12. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly. The beach is immediately in front of the house and there are sufficient deckchairs for all of the guests. Two canoes and a dinghy with outboard motor are at the disposal of our guests.
The garden around the house is well-kept and displays a variety of Mediterranean plants and shrubs surrounding the first-rate swimming pool. Deckchairs are available. The gardener attends the garden itself and the swimming pool daily. In front of the house there is a garage and parking for four cars. The road from the house to the historical centre of Dubrovnik some 5 kilometres away is good, and a bus service is available. The Old Town can be reached by bus in about ten minutes. Whether you arrive by air, sea or bus your host will meet you at your arrival point and return you there on your departure. From 1 st June till 1 st September a car (Kia Sorento) is available for the use of our guests. To nearest shop for general purchases is about 1000 metres, but to the next restaurant only some 300 metres. Your host is willing to organise for you trips to nearby islands in his own yacht. On request such a trip can be extended to Mljet National Park or two the well-known Korcula Island, birthplace of Marco Polo. For an additional charge we are willing to prepare all meals for our guests.
